Terms of Trade

Payment

At Little Mai Visto we accept online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts on the website include VAT and exclude shipping, and the following currency is used for pricing: Currency: DKK. Reservations are made for price errors, printing errors and/or discontinued products and sold-out items. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

Delivery

At Little Mai Visto we strive to ship all orders that are in stock the same day. Orders received on a weekend are shipped the following business day. Please note that longer shipping times are possible for products that are not in stock and that must first be manufactured. We ship to all of Denmark insured with DAO to either your door or a parcel shop. The shipping price is DKK 45.00. Items that are to be delivered to a parcel shop will be sent to your nearest parcel shop. If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems in this regard, DAO should be contacted. You must write in the comments field which parcel shop you wish to use.

Right of withdrawal

At Little Mai Visto you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The right of return is given on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered and you have received your order. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. Any return costs are borne by the customer. Return packages are not collected at parcel shops. If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you can only get a proportional part of the shipping costs back, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you send back and the number you keep.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation. The right of cancellation must be sent to email noanoabang@gmail.com. The notification must clearly state your wish to use the right of cancellation. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, unless otherwise agreed, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
